02 / IPHONE COMPANION PREVIEW

Your Mac needs
a little energy.

The ColdBrew iPhone companion is being prepared for version 1.0: a reminder at 20% or below while your Mac is unplugged. A real Mac-to-iPhone test notification has been confirmed; release-build testing continues. This page simulates the experience.

MAC + IPHONE

One private connection.

Your Mac

ColdBrew must be running, awake, and online to detect and send the low-battery event. A keep-awake session does not need to be active.

Your private iCloud

Use the same Apple Account for iCloud on both devices. ColdBrew uses CloudKit and Apple notifications; there is no separate ColdBrew account.

Your iPhone

A ColdBrew companion app and notification permission. Delivery follows your notification and Focus settings.

The Mac and iPhone apps are in development for a coordinated version 1.0 release. The browser alert is a simulation: no device is connected and no notification is sent. Phone quiet hours silence alert sounds; an active Mac quiet window also silences alerts sent then. Apple notification delivery can be delayed or missed.
